We want you to…

  • Work closely with Senior Designer & Design Director to formulate concepts, select color stories and develop fabrics, prints, trim and graphics for each season.
  • Prepare professional presentations with illustrations, CAD artwork, fabrication and samples.
  • Research seasonal trends, themes, color, raw materials and styling for specified classification.
  • Execute seasonal line list and meet product development calendar deadlines.
  • Organize and prepare clear and informative tech packs for factories.
  • Work with Senior Designer in preparing and ensuring accuracy of specs from initial concept to technical design cards.
  • Conduct fittings with Senior Designer or Design Director & Tech Design.
  • Work with Production and Tech Design to maintain design concept through out production process.

 

 

Oh, and by the way, you…

  • 2-4 years Design experience
  • Accessories or Apparel Design degree
  • BA Fashion Design
  • Ambitious passionate, proactive self-starter
  • Team player
  • Excellent (written and visual) communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High taste level and creative ability
  • Strong color sense
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and calendars
  • Knowledge of footwear construction and components
  • Knowledge of sneaker design and development
  • Strong illustration skills and sketching ability 
  • Knowledge of leather and materials
  • Knowledge of sustainability (materials and practices) a plus
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel
