Design Coordinator – Wovens

(Reports to Wovens Diretor)

We want you to…

  • Work with fabric and trim teams to manage seasonal raw material library in PLM, which includes requesting and updating proto and sample yardage orders
  • Request print strikeoffs, yarndye handlooms, labdips, wash panels, and mockups in PLM
  • Act as a liaison between design and production to help coordinate development and bulk production styles
  • Set up design cards and linelists in PLM
  • Manage BOM updates throughout the development and production process
  • Set up and manage Plus, Petite, Tall, and Curvy design card extensions in PLM

 

 

Oh, and by the way, you…

  • 0-2 years Design, Production/Sourcing, or Fabric R&D experience
  • Demonstrated creative interest, sense, and ability
  • Working knowledge of and interest in garment construction and trim
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Self directed
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good follow through with sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
