We want you to…

Seller Outreach

  • Identify brands with Madewell-appropriate filter
  • Conduct outreach for new Sellers including “selling” placement on our Marketplace platform
  • Negotiate commission with the oversight of manager
  • Calendarize launches and hit expected KPIs around seller onboarding numbers and product offers

Vendor Relations

  • Maintaining seller relationships and audit top brands quarterly as a part of client success
  • Do quarterly outreach for new product requests
  • Ensure assortments from sellers are updated and properly merchandised


  • Conducting onboarding and training seminars for new sellers
  • Conduct regular Mirakl quarterly recaps
  • QA new products post-launch
  • Collaborate with marketplace Contact Center team to resolve customer service issue


  • Coordinate technical integration between Mirakl and seller e-commerce platform
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies between various systems that support marketplace
  • Liaise between IT & Sellers
  • Coordinate improvements to technical systems that support marketplace


Oh, and by the way, you…   

  • 0-2 years' experience preferred
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Highly professional and customer‐service oriented
