We want you to…

  • Enter and maintain sales contracts and purchase orders post-market
  • Work with Merchants and Production to gather all information necessary for PO entry – delivery date, price, color codes, vendor data
  • Pull account selling on a weekly cadence for sales team
  • Market prep – including, but not limited to, sample management, line sheet creation, showroom set-up
  • Communicate information to accounts regarding information affecting orders; management of order confirmations and tracking of on order
  • GXS catalogue maintenance
  • Compiling assets and copy to send to accounts prior to a season launching


Oh, and by the way, you…

  • 0-1 year of experience in wholesale setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Experience with PC applications including MS Excel
  • Flexible, able to work in dynamic environment
  • Team player
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience using NuOrder is a plus
